Fountain Of Youth Elixir

Not only does this vibrant green elixir help you achieve radiant, glowing skin; it packs a huge nutrient punch, too. By flooding your body with powerful healing nutrients, it helps combat inflammation, detoxifies and cleanses the blood and liver, and produces anti-aging effects.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces wheatgrass juice
  • 1 ounce aloe juice
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen
  • 1⁄2 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon fresh mint (depending on how minty you want it)
  • Optional: 2 ounces water

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: Wheatgrass is far more effective when consumed within 15 minutes after juicing and on an empty stomach for the optimal nutrient absorption. You can enjoy wheatgrass in the form of juices, powders, tablets, and in frozen form. High-quality, organic frozen wheatgrass is available from Dynamic Greens.

Since he’s on statin medication, I’d recommend researching each of the ingredients in this elixir. Just to be safe.
