Joint Health Collagen Peptides

I am only about 45 days into using this product, however, I do feel that perhaps my skin looks and feels a bit firmer, and my nails a bit stronger. The collagen powder is light and flavorless and blends easily and quickly into my coffee, making very easy to work into my daily routine.
